Q: I bought some merch items, and have some questions. Who can I email?

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders containing a Radical 2xLP, CD, or preoreder merch item will ship on or around October 22, 2021.

 

Q: Can I exchange or return a merch item that I purchased?

A: Yes, please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com to arrange an exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Q: When will I be charged for my order?

A: You will be charged at the time checkout is completed.

 

Q: How will my package be shipped?

A: We use UPS and USPS to ship packages. We decide which is best at the time of packing. Please note that your order can still be delivered to a PO Box even if we ship using UPS.

 

Q: How long will it take for my international package to arrive?

A: We ship via UPS for packages weighing under 4lbs, and USPS for orders weighing over 4lbs. UPS generally delivers to your local customs agency within 2 weeks, though this can take up to 6 weeks. Your local postal service will then make the final delivery. UPS offers basic tracking with notations at certain checkpoints, but does not offer detailed tracking for this small parcel service. USPS generally delivers within 2 to 3 weeks, with your local postal service making the final delivery. Please note that USPS Priority is the only international shipping method that offers detailed tracking. You must select and pay for that option if you want detailed daily tracking service. We do not have a way of expedited customs clearance for any packages, nor can we intervene with foreign customs.
